What we do

Source, refurbish, lease. Property matched to operating model.

We work to your written specification. Number of units, room sizes, layout requirements, adaptation needs, location parameters, target rent, lease term. We source residential property across the UK that fits the brief and, where needed, project-manage refurbishment to your standard.

The completed property is placed on a Fully Repairing and Insuring lease with you, the operator. You hold the lease. The freeholder receives monthly rent for the term. You run the provision.

How it works

  1. We agree your specification and commissioning parameters. Unit count, room layout, adaptation standard, lease term, target rent, geography.
  2. We source property across the UK that matches the brief. You see the shortlist before any commitment.
  3. Where adaptation is needed, we scope, cost, and project-manage the works to your standard.
  4. You sign a Fully Repairing and Insuring lease direct with the property owner. Lease term, rent, and uplift mechanic agreed in writing.
  5. You take occupation and operate the provision. We stay available for follow-on property where it works.
