For landlords

Guaranteed rent. No tenants. No voids.

Place your residential property on a long lease with a Registered Provider, CQC-registered, Ofsted-registered, or general social housing operator. Receive monthly rent in full. We manage the relationship from first call to handover.

Who this is for

Property owners ready to step out of day-to-day management.

You already own residential property in the UK. You are tired of voids, tenant turnover, maintenance calls, and the increasing regulatory burden of standard buy-to-let.

You want long-term, predictable rent, paid in full, regardless of who lives in the property or whether anyone does. You want your property used well, by people who genuinely need it.

What we do

We place your property on a long provider lease and manage the relationship.

Anointed Properties places your property on a long lease with a Registered Provider, CQC-registered, Ofsted-registered, or general social housing operator. Where the property needs adapting to provider standard, we project-manage the works.

Once leased, the provider takes responsibility for tenants, maintenance, and compliance. You receive monthly rent for the term of the lease.

You retain full ownership of the property. The provider holds the lease. We manage the relationship.

What you get

The reasons landlords choose social housing leases.

  • Guaranteed rent paid monthly, in full, for the lease term.
  • 5 years plus leases for general social housing. Up to 25 yearsfor supported living and children's homes.
  • No voids. Rent continues even when the property is between residents.
  • No tenant management. The provider handles all resident relationships.
  • No maintenance calls. Under FRI lease structure, the provider carries day-to-day maintenance and repairs.
  • Often above-market rent for properties suitable for higher-need provision.
  • The reassurance that your property is housing someone who genuinely needs it.
How it works

From submission to first rent payment.

  1. Submit your property details. We assess suitability against current provider demand.
  2. Where adaptation is needed, we scope the works and provide a fixed-cost estimate.
  3. Once specification is agreed, we introduce the property to the right provider.
  4. The Registered Provider signs an FRI lease directly with you.
  5. Rent begins. You step back. The property does its work.

We will return within 48 hours with an honest assessment of suitability, indicative rent levels, and next steps.
